This website is for OAK Landscaping & Property Maintenance, based in Coatbridge, Scotland. If you have a question about your information, please email oak.luxgardens@gmail.com.
Quote enquiries
Our Get a Quote form, used across the website and for online adverts, sends the details you submit directly to OAK through Netlify Forms. These details are stored by Netlify on our behalf and made accessible to OAK in our Netlify site dashboard. They can include your name, phone, town or postcode, service requested, budget range, timescale and job description. We may also receive campaign source information included in the link you used to open that form.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, town or postcode and job details, to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes or organise agreed work.
Facebook and Instagram quote enquiries
If you request a quote through an instant form in one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts, Meta collects the information you submit and makes it available to OAK Landscaping & Property Maintenance. This can include your name, email address, phone number, town or postcode, the work you are enquiring about, your preferred timescale and your approximate budget.
We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you about the work you requested, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and manage any agreed work. We process these details where needed to take steps you request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interest in managing enquiries and keeping business records. Sending a quote enquiry does not, by itself, sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Meta processes information through its advertising and lead form services under Meta’s Privacy Policy. Information may also be handled by communications services we use to respond to you, such as phone, email or WhatsApp. Those providers may process information outside the UK in line with their own privacy notices and applicable safeguards.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare quotations, manage any agreed work and meet legal or business record-keeping obligations. You can email oak.luxgardens@gmail.com to ask to see, correct or delete personal information where applicable, or to object to certain uses. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services may process messages according to their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Netlify to host this website and receive quotation enquiries. Basic technical logs may be kept by the hosting provider. If you choose “Accept tracking” in our cookie notice, the website loads the Meta Pixel (dataset ID 971572735389154), which can tell Meta when you visit the website and, after submitting an enquiry, that an enquiry occurred. Meta may set or access cookies and process usage information for advertising attribution and optimisation. We do not send names, phone numbers, or job descriptions in the Pixel Lead event. Optional Meta tracking is not activated when you reject it. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the website. See Meta’s privacy policy for information about Meta’s processing. If you have previously allowed tracking and later withdraw consent, the site will stop initiating new Meta tracking after you refresh the page; you may also clear browser cookies if desired.
